What a year that was for the 13th Sangguniang Panlungsod! This year the 13th SP bid farewell to former ABC President Nicolas S. Besas and welcomed new ABC Pres Fausto S. Budlong and SK Federated Chair Tom Cesar V. Vergara. Several monumental ordinances were passed such as the Investment Incentive code, Anti-smoking ordinance and the Heritage Ordinance… All this have been accomplished through the cooperation and dedication of the SP employees, staff and the members of the 13th Sangguniang Panlungsod led by City Vice Mayor Toto S. Veloso. Before this year ends, the whole SP Family conducted their year-end assessment to evaluate and identify the opportunity areas that we need to improve and enhance our strengths. A workshop followed thereafter to outline the SP’s plans to a more development-oriented public service in the next year.
