Sangguniang Kabataan Federated President Tom Cesar Visarra Vergara delivered his farewell speech to the members of the 14th Sangguniang Panlungsod headed by City Vice-Mayor Jose Antonio Veloso on its regular session, January 3, 2020. He will step down as the SK president of the City of Tagbilaran as part of the term sharing agreement between the 14th Sk chairpersons and the City Mayor. He was thankful and forever grateful for his co-leagues, the 14th SP, for the lessons and advice that he learned in terms of legislation and discussions. He also gave thanks to City Mayor Baba Yap and the 14 SK Chairperson for selecting him and gave the opportunity to be part of the city council. Tom said that this is not a Good bye since he will still be the SK Chairperson of Barangay Poblacion II and will continue to do his service. And finally, he wishes the next SK President to have a great service in our city and enjoy all of its perks.
