The Fourteenth Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tagbilaran formally recognizes the assumption of City SK Federated President Raul II Aparicio as Ex-Officio Member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod through P.R. No. 05-20, Series of 2020. Raul II Aparicio succeeds former Chapter President Tom Vergara who resigned last January 4, 2020.
