The Sangguniang Panlungsod employees joins the whole world for the International Coastal Cleanup Day on September 17, 2022. The International Coastal Cleanup is the world’s largest volunteer effort for ocean’s health and is being conducted every third Saturday of September of each year.
Along with other employees from the City Government of Tagbilaran, the SP family removed trash at the Bohol Friendship Park, Bool and at the nearby coastal area. Through this mass clean-up drive along Tagbilaran’s coastal areas, the city hopes that it will raise environmental awareness and encourage Tagbilaranons to do their part in cleaning the community.
