The members of the 15th SP expressed its gratitude and appreciation to outgoing ex-officio member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Tagbilaran Sanggunian Kabataan Pederasyon President Hon. Jose Floro B. Ringca for his invaluable contribution and service in the promotion of the general welfare of the City of Tagbilaran through legislation. Councilor Ringca is set to resign from his position for personal reasons. SK Chair Glicelle Mariz Dominise Policianos of Barangay Dao will assume as the new SK Pederasyon President effective April 1, 2023.
