The 15th Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tagbilaran warmly welocmed its new ex-officio members, Hon. Alberto R. Puagang and Hon. Marcel Mae V. Adiong. Hon. Puagang assumed as Liga ng mga Barangay President following the resignation of Hon. Sergio M. Bangalao, while Hon. Adiong took over as SK Federated President after the resignation of Hon. Adrian Clark B. Bandija. Both members bring with them strong leadership background and advocacy, particularly in the barangay and youth sectors. Their addition to the legislative council is anticipated to further the vision of the City Government of Tagbilaran. To formally recognize their membership in the 15th SP, the august body approved Proposed Resolution 03-25, FORMALLY RECOGNIZING HON. MARCEL MAE V. ADIONG AS THE TAGBILARAN CITY SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN PEDERASYON PRESIDENT AND RECOGNIZING FURTHER HER AUTHORITY TO ASSUME AS EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE FIFTEENTH SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGOD OF THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025 and Proposed Resolution No. 04-25, FORMALLY RECOGNIZING HON. ALBERTO R. PUAGANG, PRESIDENT OF THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY, AS EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE FIFTEENTH SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025.
