The Department of Health-Central Visayas has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City of Tagbilaran for the release of the One COVID-19 Allowance (OCA) for all eligible public and private health care and non-health care workers of Tagbilaran City. This is in accordance with the fund allocation under Republic Act 11639 for the grant of COVID-19 benefits for eligible public and private health care workers and non-health care workers who are involved in COVID-19 response in all health facilities based on risk exposure.
The MOA outlines the duties, responsibilities, terms and conditions involved in the grant, between the LGU and DOH.
